Before now, it sends a bounceback massage … WebbCurrently I am trying to help a user who is unable to receive any email from external senders. I have personally tested with my Gmail and she for sure is not getting them (I dont get a bounce back either). I can however send her email from my domain address. We have checked and its not just the app.
