Looks painfully slow at the beginning but toward the end, having proper stride and foot placement will keep you in tempo. Then again, you might as well train to the 1.5mi run. WebIf your 1.5 mile run time is under 10 minutes it's faster to do the 1.5 mile run. To get the same equivalent score on the HAMR will take longer than 10 minutes. Conversely, if your 1.5 mile run time is slower than 10 minutes, you will reach the same number of points on the HAMR in 10 minutes or less.
